Within the scope of the program organized with the theme of “Achieving long-term goals in the short term”, many topics ranging from new trends emerging in the sector to sustainable infrastructure investments, from the latest situation in energy transformation to new financing instruments were discussed.

At the panel on “Financing Infrastructure, Energy Transformation and Sustainability”, our Founding Partner Berceste Elif Duranay made a presentation on the latest situation regarding the financing of energy and infrastructure projects in Turkiye, including comparisons with previous years, and shared her views on the impacts of developments in the sector on investments and the challenges they pose.

Duranay then assessed the feasibility of Turkiye reaching the 2053 net zero emission target and provided information on sustainable financing instruments and the issues to be considered in the relevant financing agreements.
