At the Energy Litigation Congress 2024, organised for the fifth time this year by the Energy Law Research Institute, Cengiz Güneş, our Senior Advisor and Board Member of the Energy Law Research Institute, took part as a moderator in a panel discussion on current developments, judicial decisions and legal discussions on connection agreements, forest permit fees and environmental law and energy investments.
