During the session, Berceste Elif Duranay delivered a presentation titled “Reaching Third-Party Assets in Türkiye: High-Threshold Enforcement Strategies.” In her presentation, she addressed enforcement strategies, particularly in cases where assets are hidden or transferred to third parties.

She highlighted that, under Turkish law, pursuing such assets requires a high evidentiary threshold, making tools such as piercing the corporate veil and annulment of disposition actions critically important.
