Berceste Elif Duranay, our Founding Partner and Secretary General of the Energy Disputes Arbitration Centre, was a speaker at the “BRICS+ New Economy Legal Forum” held in Dubai on 6-8 March 2024.

With speakers from 7 different countries, the panel discussed the disputes between BRICS+ participating countries and the alternative arbitration rules planned to be agreed upon by all participating countries for BRICS+ disputes and their possible effects.
