Our Founding Partner, Berceste Elif Duranay had the privilege of participating as a speaker at the Dams & Hydropower Turkiye Summit, held on 4 December 2024 in Ankara, organized by the Hydroelectric Power Plants Industrialists Association (HESİAD).

During the session titled “Legal Issues and Solution Proposals in Hydropower Plant Investments and Operations,” she focused on the issue of determining the competent courts in disputes arising from Water Usage Agreements and current challenges in cost allocation problems.
