Amendments to the Energy Legislation on 10 April 2023.

Law No. 7451, which introduces important amendments in the energy sector, entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette No. 32159 on 10 April 2023.

We have compiled the amendments related to the energy sector in the Mining Law, Renewable Energy Law, Electricity Market Law, Natural Gas Market Law, Law No. 4628 and Organized Industrial Zones Law.
